  • The printing is done on giclée fine art pearl 285gsm archival paper by London based imaging lab Hempstead May.

    On some occasions prints might be printed by UK based fine art printers Spectrum Photographic.

    Please note, due to the nature of the artwork, the prints will show to have light grain due to being shot on an analogue camera.

    The usual precautions should be taken to retain a photograph’s depth of tone and contrast, and it’s recommended that a photograph should not be hung in direct, continuous sunlight.

  • Framing & mounting services are not included. All prints on sale do not come with an option for framing. However, the print (image) sizes available can cater to most standard sized frames.

  • The color of your print may differ from the color reproduction of any given computer screen as all computers are calibrated differently. Computers are also lit from behind, which can affect the level of brightness of an image.

    Please note, due to the nature of the artwork, the prints may show light grain due to being shot on an analogue camera.

  • After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see an order confirmation in your inbox. Shipping time will vary order-to-order. We will do our best to ship your order to you as fast as we can.

WEBSITE PURCHASING

  • Georgie Gibbs Print Store products are available in USD, EUR or GBP, depending on the customer’s location. The currency in which a customer pays is determined by the location of the device they are using to order.

    Customs and duties are not included in the listed prices for products on sale.

  • Unfortunately, this is not possible. Because the currency displayed depends on your device’s IP address, we’re unable to change the currency or provide an invoice in a different currency than the one displayed.

CURRENCIES

  • The Georgie Gibbs Print Store is located in the United Kingdom.

    If your order is placed in USD, customs and duties (where relevant) are not included in the listed price.

    If your order is placed in EUR or GBP, taxes and applicable customs fees are included in the listed price.

    For all orders in USD: The Print Store is not responsible for and cannot offer advice on import fees, duties, customs or taxes that you may be charged when your order reaches you. Please consult your local government import office with any questions.

CUSTOMS

  • All Fine Art prints are made to order, quality control checked, signed and editioned by the artist.

    Once your order has been placed, it is typically shipped within approximately one to two weeks.

    Please note the delivery times provided are always according to when an order is shipped, and not when an order is placed. Shipping lead times may vary from country to country.

  • Delivery for orders WITHIN the UK are shipped via Royal Mail.

    Delivery for orders OUTSIDE the UK are shipped via Royal Mail.

    This service includes: Online Tracking / Signature / Delivery Confirmation / European delivery from 2 days / Worldwide delivery from 5 days.

    We reserve the right to ship orders with a different carrier.

  • Check the tracking number emailed to you on your email confirmation and let us know at info@georgiegibbs.com.

  • If an order arrives damaged, you must keep all original packaging material for insurance purposes.

    Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt via email to info@georgiegibbs.com.

    Send a description of the damage, and please include photos of the damaged areas if possible.

SHIPPING

  • Yes! The Print Store is able to accept payment for orders via all major debit and credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

    Secure payments can also be processed using Stripe at checkout.

PAYMENT

  • Our policy is applicable for 14 days after order is received. If 14+ days have gone by since receipt, unfortunately, we can’t offer you refunds or exchanges.

    To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    If a product arrives damaged, you must keep all original packaging material for insurance purposes.

    If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it in its original condition for a refund.

    Shipping cost will not be refunded. Please contact info@georgiegibbs.com for further instructions.

    In the event of a return, please get in contact for a Return Authorisation Number. Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to return your order.

    In addition to insuring your return, we strongly recommend that the order be sent with Delivery Confirmation. Until we receive your return, we will not be able to issue a refund.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt of purchase along with proof of postage.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is processed.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@georgiegibbs.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Unfortunately, postal services have bad days too. We understand that things go missing in the mail from time to time.

    We kindly ask the following: If your order seems to be lost in the mail, please notify us by email at info@georgiegibbs.com no later than 2 weeks for domestic orders, and 3 weeks for international orders, after having received your shipping notification.

    We will do our best to work with you and the shipping service to locate your package, and/or send you a replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist after this time frame has passed.
